IMPORTANT NOTE: Our goal is to create the most amazing natural bath and body products with no synthetic stabilizers or waxes. During very warm weather, some products may soften or even melt in transit.
If your whipped body butter has melted upon arrival, refrigerate immediately. Melting does not affect the quality of the whipped body butter, but the whipped consistency, however will change to become more like a body balm.
Although the jar was filled to the top upon packaging, the container may only appear half full because of melting. If the body butter cools slowly after melting, the fatty acids can crystallize into large clumps which may cause graininess. However, if the body butter cools quickly, the fatty acids won’t have time to crystallize thus resulting in smooth body butter once again.
While we have no control over the temperature conditions once your package has been shipped, we will do our best to protect the products from melting in transit by utilizing cold packs and thermal mailers.
The quality of the products should not be affected by melting. Your full satisfaction is our highest priority.
